What to include in your enquiry
Made to order. We generally do not hold finished products in stock. A standard size is a dimensional reference, not a promise of stock availability.

| Geometry and units | For O-rings: inside diameter (ID) × cross-section (CS), in mm or inches. For other parts: drawing, profile, critical dimensions and mating interface. Include the drawing revision and tolerances if known. |
| Material and hardness | NBR, FKM/FPM, silicone or EPDM; required Shore A hardness and colour if known. If undecided, describe the working conditions. The final compound requires review. |
| Working conditions | Fluid or medium, minimum/maximum temperature, pressure, static or moving seal, and exposure to weather or chemicals. |
| Quantity and repeat orders | Sample quantity, first production batch and expected repeat demand. Minimum order quantity and tooling costs are confirmed for each project. |
| Inspection and documents | Critical dimensions, acceptance criteria and any required material declarations or test reports. Document availability must be confirmed for the selected compound and order. |
| Delivery | Destination country and city, requested date, packaging and delivery terms. Production and transit times are confirmed separately in the quotation. |
Before placing a custom order
Can I order without a drawing?
Yes. Start with a sample description, photographs and measurements. We will clarify the information needed for feasibility review; a photograph alone does not establish dimensions or material.
Are samples, tooling and lead times fixed?
No. They depend on geometry, compound, quantity and tooling requirements. Sample arrangements, mould costs, minimum order and production schedule must be agreed before ordering.
Does a material name prove compliance?
No. NBR or FKM identifies a material family, not a certificate. Tell us the required standard and document so availability can be checked for the specific compound and product.
