Request a quoteStart with the drawing revision, sealing interfaces and critical dimensions. Ask us to confirm mould feasibility, tooling cost and ownership, and any proposed dimensional changes before authorising tooling.

Agree the sample material, hardness and dimensions first. Define who will perform assembly and service testing and what evidence is needed before accepting the sample for production.

A repeat order needs a controlled specification, not just the same product name. Confirm the approved drawing, material, finish, marking and packing requirements with the order; changes should be reviewed before manufacture.

Specify critical dimensions and the required inspection record in the enquiry. Sampling plans, functional tests, third-party reports and batch documentation must be agreed rather than assumed to accompany every order.
